I am a seasoned therapist with over 15 years of experience. I have done extensive training in EMDR, self compassion, mindfulness, and DBT. I have a masters' degrees in social work and addiction studies, am a sex positive, LGBTQA+ practitioner, and function on a social justice platform focusing on the populations most at risk.
